New letter from Ford lawyers to Judiciary: “Under no circumstances” will they hand over her medical records, including therapist notes, to committee. Did send them her polygraph test

But, she showed her therapist’s notes to the WaPo. Ok. Guess they can’t provide any corroboration.

BREAKING: Congressional sources say new Kavanaugh accuser Swetnick can offer no eyewitness or other evidence to show the SCOTUS nominee participated in any alleged "gang rape" or forced himself on girls, and that she only personally witnessed him drinking "excessively" at parties

This is an odd statement, in my mind. I do not find it surprising that she could find no eyewitnesses that she herself was gang raped, as the most likely eyewitnesses would have been the participants and people who looked the other way.

As far as the history of these parties broadly, and the drinking, the inappropriate harassment of women, I believe multiple others have made corroborative that this was the environment that Kavanaugh put himself in and participated in, in HS, college, and law school.

Don't drag Sidwell into this. The boys there always were repulsed by most of the boys at Prep, Landon and STA.

"Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.) alleged on Wednesday that Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh was not truthful with senators earlier this month when he said he never violated grand jury secrecy laws during his time working for independent counsel Kenneth Starr.

Feinstein, the top Democrat on the Senate Judiciary Committee, told Politico that she obtained a memo from the National Archives that showed Kavanaugh instructing a colleague in the Starr investigation two decades ago to call reporter Chris Ruddy about matters before the grand jury.

Such an action would violate laws that prevent disclosure of grand jury information. Feinstein claimed to Politico that the memo also conflicts with Kavanaugh's testimony earlier this month that he never broke those rules.

Politico reported that Kavanaugh's request to call Ruddy related to questioning of grand jury witness Patrick Knowlton.

Knowlton claimed to have seen someone in Fort Marcy Park shortly before White House lawyer Vince Foster was found dead there in an apparent suicide, which was reviewed as part of Starr's investigation.

Democrats have attempted to argue in recent weeks that Kavanaugh was not entirely forthcoming in some of his answers about his time in the George W. Bush administration during his Senate Judiciary Committee hearings."

She can't be sure who raped her because they had drugged her into incapacity at the time and she can't be sure who raped other girls because she was not in the rape room with them, but she knows who the likely suspects are and she knows of other witnesses. That is why she is asking for an investigation and for Judge and Kavanaugh and witnesses to be questioned.

This is the bottom line.

These women have NO reason to lie - no rational person would massively disrupt their and their family's lives this way if it weren't true. Then we add the latest woman, who would perjure herself and thereby lose her security clearance. BK isn't going to be replaced by a liberal judge - no one thinks it's him or a liberal. It just can't be HIM.
