To the contrary, there's been very little coverage at all of this, in my opinion. In the New York Times, it was buried a few stories in, under the lede of "Frantic efforts to evacuate as War widens in middle east." Its readers don't want to read about Israel pushing America to bomb a school-full of elementary school girls to smithereens. |
All the stories are about American's being stuck in countries and needing to evacuate, 6 American troops dying. Very little on the hundreds of children getting killed. Similar to the coverage of the war in Gaza. |
That’s the point. The lies only surface on the rare occasion when the media brings a spotlight to the atrocities committed by Israel every day. After which, they trot out the sorry, lame “command centers under hospitals and schools” nonsense. |

For all the people that say that we need to have this war. Here's an expat Iranian point of view. Here are two recent interviews with Trita Parsi, an Iranian-born Swedish writer and political analyst. He is part of the Iran lobby. He has worked for the Swedish Permanent Mission to the United Nations. He was an aide to a US congressman. He taught at JHU SAIS. Etc. He also founded the National Iranian American Council (NIAC).
Parsi says that Iran will continue the fight until it is costly enough for America so they won't attack again since the Americans continue to break agreements and negotiations. For example, the Iranians agreed to an American proposal that was much stronger than Obama's was but there was no good faith attempt by the Americans. We need to demand that Trump stops fighting and withdraws the armada. Hopefully, every city in Israel is flattened. The Israelis got too cocky being a bully hiding behind the US. I'm pretty sure American citizens will rise up if we're asked to pay for rebuilding Israel. |
That could trigger the Samson nuclear option again which Israel threatened to compel the USA to give aid to Israel at least once, in 1973. |
Yeah Nixon caved and Kissinger gave Israel a gift. Need to look at his career again with a modern lens and a fine-toothed comb. But the US can't keep getting blackmailed and extorted with what ifs. We're bankrupt and fighting unwinnable wars on credit. At this point, in hindsight we shouldn't have helped Israel in 1973, and we shouldn't help them anymore period. Regardless of the outcome of 1973 without US aid, the world would obviously be a lot less dangerous today. |

What a stupid waste of money fighting for Bibi's war US loses nearly $2 billion worth of military equipment in first 4 days of war on Iran. The main driving cost, according to data compiled by Anadolu, is the US AN/FPS-132 early warning radar system at Al Udeid Air Base in Qatar, valued at $1.1 billion. |

All this money and our equipment isn’t even good. When Yemen ran us out last year, that should’ve been the major tell that smart war is flailing under the Trump administration. How was Obama so successful with drone wars but Trump is such a failure? |
