I am talking same personality, same basic "looks", same education, but another race.

Friend's husband blurted out something that bothered her a lot. I am curious if that would have affected others in the same way.

Weird question. Since I'm in an interracial marriage and DH dated in his race before marrying me, yes I think he would have married me no matter what.

Likely. DW is Caucasian. Her first husband was Caucasian. I am Asian. She is pretty race blind in virtually all aspects of her life.

My DH mention something to the effect that if I had been from a lower class than I was, that would have posed a problem, but race didn't factor into it,

The person that DH is now would marry someone of any race. We married at 22 - probably not then.

How can you have the same basic looks and be a different race? We are an interracial couple and my answer is no - I'm attracted to my dh which is largely due to his race color/features etc
