Johnny Depp trial in Fairfax County

While I do think he physically abused her and will lose, I also think she severed the finger with the bottle. I found the dr credible but the photographs of the scene with the broken vodka bottle, blood, tissue, etc show me the injury happened where and how depp said. I also think his statement right after it happened that she caused it is persuasive.

^^ and my saying I found the dr credible - I mean I don’t think he’s just saying what he’s saying for money. I think he’s wrong in his statement that he doesn’t think the injury was caused like depp said.

LOL, sure. No glass in the wound, no other cuts on his hand, the bottle manages to land with such a perfect explosion that a single piece of glass cut through the tip without leaving any trace, and not a single other piece of glass nicked him anywhere else. That’s definitely more plausible than him having closed it in a door or something.

+1. Basic physics just doesn't add up. Plus he texted people at the time saying he cut it off.

There is a photo that shows other fresh cuts between JD's fingers on the same hand. I'll see if I can find it and post it.

So she can cover bruises up with makeup and doesn't announce the protective order to the press (per her) because she doesn't want the world to know he's an abuser but he can't text other people that he did the injury himself? You can't have it both ways.

Except the inconvenient evidence that a third party testified she helped cover the bruises. And those bruises weren't physically impossible based in the story told.

Were those the bruises from him allegedly punching her repeatedly in the face? The bruises that existed in the absence of swelling, broken bones or bleeding? Ok lol.

This happened to me when I dropped a coffee mug next to my ankle. It exploded so quickly and the shard was so sharp that hit my ankle…it sliced it immediately to the bone. No shards in the wound…the only area that was damaged.

It’s called a statement against interest.

Wound nurse here, JD's explanation of injury is consistent with the damage. The bottle hit the edge of the finger causing the finger to explode as the energy passed through to the palmar surface. Finger was crushed/fractured.

Kate Miss testifying on Wednesday! This is the most entertaining movie Heard has ever been in.

Is Kate Moss really going to testify? Against JD? What about Vanessa Paradis?

She is testifying in support. No one believes AB. Who knows if he will win but it is clear he did not abuse her and her counter suit is clearly not gonna happen. Maybe this was the whole point?

Good lord, who is the “witness” that testified today that Amber is a world renowned actress because of Aquaman and that she was in “the most successful movie almost of all time”. And that it was her A Star Was Born movie.

Lady, people know of Amber Heard because of Amber Turd. And LOL to Aquaman the most successful movie almost of all time. 🙄
