Just because the wife was mouthing off was NOT a reason to use deadly force.

It isn’t a justification but it shows how stupid and unhinged the people trying to obstruct ICE are.

I don’t think the shooting was justified, but WTF were they trying to accomplish exactly?

Who goes out and tries to antagonize and pick a fight with law enforcement trying to do their job? If I don’t like speeding enforcement should I follow state troopers around screaming at them, holding a cell phone in their face, and blowing whistles next to them all day?

The officers are doing what they are told. They can’t just decide not to do their job because you disagree with it. Of course they should try to stay cool… but they are also human and if you put them under enough pressure long someone will lose their cool.

There is no evidence the she was doing any of that, but generally, that would be an act of civil disobedience. The people assuming some risk to help right a wrong.

It doesn’t mean that you’ll get to murder someone, no matter how broken and pathetic you are.

It's stupid like running into a busy highway and illegal

You just want so badly to believe the worst about ICE/law enforcement. What he did was not murder. It was a mistake, and a mistake that could very justifiably cost him his job, but it wasn't murder.

Ok, well at least we are getting somewhere.

Unintentional second-degree murder?
Third-degree murder?
Second-degree manslaughter?

As long as there is a trial.

It did shut down all theories. Murder committed by Jonathan Ross. This video will hopefully be enough for Minnesota to take action.

I'm really impressed about how this panicked ICE officer who was fearing for his life as a vehicle was turning away from him managed to film it, pursue the vehicle, reach in, shoot the woman three times, and then call her a "f--king b---h" on the audio.

He sounds absolutely like a guy that's going to de-escalate a situation.

Someone who uses their car to intentionally block in officers is commiting an incredibly brazen act and very rightfully would be viewed extreme caution. This isn't someone simply holding a sign and chanting. If I saw a protestor blocking in officers I would definitely think it's quite likely that such a person is inclined to act with violence.

She wasn’t blocking the street - the longer video which has been available for days shows multiple vehicles getting past her. And she said she was pulling out.

Just so I have this straight.

Driving and using a cellphone is prohibited by law.

But shooting someone while using a cellphone is okey-dokey.

Right?

I supported ICE prior to this and I view the death as unfortunate by justified. The posters claiming we should fear ICE because of this incident are spreading misinformation. I would never be killed by ICE, because I would never attempt to interfere with their operations like this woman did.

ICE agents are law enforcement officers, not nazis or some kind of gestapo as some on this thread have called them. Every other country and party in the world enforces its immigration laws. Democrats seem to be the only party/people in the world who believe that immigration enforcement is illegitimate.

Even the mullahs in Iran are warning protesters that they will be punishable by death. So no. Ross was not justified in aiming his gun at her, never mind pulling the trigger three times and executing her.

Obviously it wasn't right and yes he should be reprimanded, but under the circumstances, the understandable panic he felt, and the split second in which he acted, it was a massive f*** up, not "murder" like the far left wants so badly to believe.

I think a lot more people would agree with you if the federal government would just admit the officer made a giant mistake, the result was tragic, the officer should be placed on leave and an actual investigation should happen. But instead they high-five each other, refuse to administer help to a dying woman, stomp on her memorial and insist that SHE is the one who deserved to be murdered. THAT is the bigger problem.

Desperation is setting in. The talking points have now moved from Ross fearing for his life to Ross made a massive mistake.

Not sure this one is going to work either. The video from his cell phone indicates that his mens rea was to exact retribution, with “f&*king b&tch” further confirms.

Pp here. Former Republican and relatively conservative, so not far left. I am, however, an American who believes fervently in our constitutional rights. No matter how angry Ross was, no matter how illegal Good’s actions were, the remedy is not summary execution.

She (and especially her wife) came across as insufferable b****es.

See that's the thing. This video makes clear why she was murdered. Because of opinions like yours.

Wait, are you talking about the cops illegally standing in the roadway now?

Amazing.

Yes, charge them with that too.

Shooting into the driver's side window when the vehicle had already passed for the kill shots suggests otherwise.

Hate to have to ask but has it been reported which shot was fatal?

They are not law enforcement officers. They are not enforcing law. They round up brown people and detain them.

And if they are here legally they are released and if they came here illegally, they are sent back to their country.
What's the problem?

Big Government agents do not get to round up people in a grocery store in America simply for just existing. This is America - that don't fly and you can see that MANY Americans are pissed off when government agents try to import Chinese and Russian tactics here.

We have the 4th Amendment.

+1 they are grabbing people and asking questions later. Just because you get let out later if jail later doesn’t make it okay being thrown to the ground and detained for looking like an immigrant.

Can you point out what part of the video you're looking at?
