SCOTUS skips the question of tariffs by declaring Congress itself to be unconstitutional.

SCOTUS gives broad latitude to POTUS to act on foreign policy matters and lets Trump have his way and keep jerking around everyone who doesn’t pay him bribes.

They’re going to laugh at him.

Trump is el loco, and the eight countries should tell him to bring it. Increase their tariffs as well. More importantly, if they really band together they can cripple parts of the US economy and boycott our products like China and Canada has been able to successfully do. He really thinks he can continue bully and win. It's not 1945, they year he was born. The world has moved on. Unfortunately, too many Americans are going to FAFO, and lose bigly.

Denmark, Norway, Sweden, France, Germany, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, and Finland would face the tariff, which would be raised to 25% on June 1 if a deal is not in place for “the Complete and Total purchase of Greenland” by the United States.

Hard to know whether to laugh or cry at this point. Moreover, Trump still doesn’t understand what the European Union is.

I would think NATO is in jeopardy at this point. I think Europeans would be happy with their own alliance. Given the success of the EU, I don’t see another inter-European war. And Russia is too weak to attack Europe, and only getting weaker given their declining fossil fuel economy. Its very expensive for the US to maintain troops and bases there, and the benefits seem nonexistent to the US, other than being drawn into a future European war that is unlikely to happen. NATO’s time has come and gone. Shut it down, and save some taxpayer money.

Where is the evidence of tariffs ruining the economy? The latest price reports show no inflation on the import-heavy sectors.

Read the thread and the links in it, there’s lots of evidence. You meanwhile have provided none.
