That 130k January 2026, job report is a lie. The BLD is no longer neutral and is putting out BS numbers. The ADP in private sector shoes job losses, and we know the government did not make up the 90k difference. It will be revised downward just like every month in Trump’s 2025 numbers.

BLS doesn’t put out bs numbers. They have *always* revised their data because they are good statisticians who use a sound methodology. Just because you love Trump doesn’t mean you understand complex data collection and statistics. You hadn’t even heard of BLS until Trump started sh** posting about them.

BLS is neutral. They report data not politics.

except when the BLS has been gutted and the leadership replaced with lackeys.

The acting commissioner is a long time employee and was also acting during the Biden administration before Erica McEntarfer came on. Trump’s appointee is still in the process. While BLS lost staff, they still produce reliable data. The remaining staff works extremely hard to get releases out.

Because not every business in the U.S. uses ADP. You really cannot be this ignorant. BLS has a far broader surveying method.

"Six Republicans joined with nearly every Democrat to pass Joint Resolution 72, which seeks to terminate a national emergency that Trump declared last February imposing tariffs on Canada over the issue of illegal drugs.

That move came even as Trump openly threatened lawmakers who crossed him in a Truth Social post, writing that Republicans who oppose tariffs "will seriously suffer the consequences come Election time."

But wait there’s more

Sure Shirley. The bolder fits why Trump fired the impartial, neutral head of BLS when the first numbers were horrible. He fired her with a quickness and installed someone who received the message. The message, “massage those numbers and never put out the actual truth if numbers are abysmal “.

+1 “Hey we made the materials to build factories so much more expensive, yay! Wait why is no one building factories here?”

As someone said on twitter, perhaps they’ll figure out gravity next.

Trump is destroying everything good in the US - reputation, economy, etc etc.

However, I almost feel like the more he messes up, the "quicker" the reckoning comes and we end the destruction?

It's like being on a sinking boat. Nothing is helping it the quicker it sinks, maybe more people will realize the danger of the destruction and get off the damn ship! OR - fix what needs fixing so it stops sinking LOL

This sort of we go 5 steps back every week and move 1 step forward every month...it is the wrong direction. Maybe we're still moving forward but at this rate... it's meaningless?

Something needs to shake the country up and for all of us to finally unite and agree that stuff is broken here. Until that happens, we're in a tail spin that will continue for who knows how long...
