And that which you thought you knew was wrong.
There's this thing called the internet that you can look things up on.

Some nerds might know that Elon wasn't the founder of Tesla, but it's hardly common knowledge.

That’s exactly what he wanted when he said the company had to call him a founder when he negotiated his way in.

Doesn't Zuckerberg's Facebook have a bunch of random 'co-founders' too, including Sean Parker and a handful of Zuck's classmates, a few of which just threw in money? I think one was a rich Brazlian kid? Just making the point that this seems to be a pretty common thing.

So those other random people were actually co-founders of Facebook. Elon was not a founder of Tesla.

I thought it was bad enough that bots seem to be proliferating even worse than they were before Musk.

The best part - she is complaining about Twitter, on Twitter, bc despite the masses decrying Elon Musk and Twitter as evil, the best visibility for the complaints - is on Twitter.

For visibility to people who work/worked at Twitter?

Yeah?

Ehhh... I had a Twitter account since 2007, with thousands of followers. Back in November, shortly after Musk bought Twitter and announced his new $8 checkmark program I tweeted about what a bad idea it was to not validate or verify users because of the potential for impersonation and abuse. Shortly after that, someone with a checkmark pretending to be Boeing, and someone with a checkmark pretending to be Eli Lilly posted tweets that caused their stock shares to tumble evaporating billions in market value. Then, without explanation, I got a permanent suspension put on my account. I know of several other people who got booted from Twitter for legitimate critical commentary about Elon Musk, Twitter, and Tesla.

Kinda like back in the day, you'd use the company's break-room bulletin board to rally your co-workers or use a company's inter-office envelopes to spread news among your co-workers. Because using another company's bulletin board or communication device would be pretty ineffective.

And to think I used to want a Tesla. How he has sullied everything and tried to destroy Twitter, too.
