Should we ask women to stay inside and slather their face 24/7 with sunscreen to avoid any creases or lines? Do we ask the same of men???

My kids don't care if I have wrinkles. When I'm 70, they'll care even less.

We do actually. Attractive tall men are infinitely times more likely to be in a high-up elected position. Look at Macron and Trudeau - millennials fall over themselves for them. They get a lot of work done to keep up their appearance. It’s embarrassing when all of these world leaders are married to very attractive, put together, poised women and the world superpower gets stuck with..well..Jill.

b- trolling, and that's grading you on a curve

The misogyny on this thread is disgusting. She looks great, in shape, and like she’s enjoying her life. At seventy I hope I don’t have to wear spanx, a corset to lift my boobs to my armpits, and constantly undergo surgery to attempt to look not-seventy.

You won’t have to. You’ll just look like Jill.

Wow. I think she looks very appropriate for a 70 year old woman. She is fit and doesn’t look grotesquely overdone.

Well yes. But this is the beauty and fashion board where we are criticizing. But otherwise, as a professional 70 something, yes she looks fine- better than fine for her age.

When Dr.Biden visited Marines at 29 Palms, she wore a leather/biker jacket and apparently pirate/skull shoes. Her hair in the first photo is just too ‘80s for me.

Why do you think she chose pirate shoes? Does she like Pirates of the Caribbean movies or something?

Jill's a pretty lady. Leave her alone.

To PP, she was probably trying to relate to the kids by wearing the piarate shoes.

Fashion is about surprise. One aims for a delightful surprise but sometimes one lands on... Pirate loafers.

+1 I see she must have a sense of fun in her fashion choices, but also, someone better should be advising her.

That's a good point

It was a very windy day and she had to fly into 29 Palms on an Osprey, which requires flat shoes, not her planned heels. Her choices were the loafers (which she uses as her "downtime" shoes while traveling) or her running shoes. She chose the loafers - and thought the pirate symbol might be kind of fun since she was going to a preschool.

(You guys had to go all the way back to March to find something to pick on - SAD!)

Nobody’s been keeping the thread updated. Also, not “picking on.” Just commenting. It’s a fashion thread, and these are her fashion choices. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Ok, it is obvious Jill has a very average fashion sense and mostly practical or burning choices. And she is 70 and pretty much dresses the part of being 70 and professional. There should not be a fashion thread for her
