The Official Jill Biden Style and Fashion Thread

Just saw the band aid...my first thought was, maybe she had something burned or cut off at the dermatologist. I've been there, totally get it.

Holy moly she is in such fantastic shape!

Fantastic is a stretch. Lots of women her age are in the same shape.

She looks SO much better in a dress, especially this color and the fit, than the big baby blue number. Less Princess Camilla looking.

I don’t hate her but she reminds me of the single moms/grandmas growing up who just wanted to party and pretend they were 20 years younger than they are. She’s a big swing and a miss - everything from her hairstyle to her footwear choices. She should just stay inside.

She just needs an overhaul.

I think Jill has gained a little weight. All her clothes look a touch too tight.

I don’t know. Jill Biden’s outfit seems a little too casual for the occasion.

She looks awful. The hemline is terrible and looks like it was hastily tacked/sewn, sleeves too long, fabric too wrinkled, jacket too tight. Her hair looks bad, the shoes are hideous, and she has a bandaid on her leg.

The only good thing I can say good about her outfit is the color. She definitely bypassed tailoring. She needs a stylist to help make sure she looks crisp and out together. At least check the sleeve length!

She definitely needs polishing. Our President and the Queen make a charming couple.

Off the rack from Ross?

Definitely off the rack, I’ll bump it up to Macy’s though. And she bought it last minute, hence the lack of alterations.

The material looks inexpensive and the whole suit is creased. The Beth Chapman hair needs to be conditioned and cut. She walks well in heels.

Jill looks great - 70-year-old faces have wrinkles, and there's nothing wrong with that!

My 73 year old mother who is a far skinned Caucasian barely has a wrinkle on her, and she has never had surgery or injectables.

Maybe Jill liked to spend time outside. Nothing wrong with that. I like running outside and going for walks in nature. I wear a hat and sunscreen. If I still get wrinkles, who cares?

Should we ask women to stay inside and slather their face 24/7 with sunscreen to avoid any creases or lines? Do we ask the same of men???

My kids don't care if I have wrinkles. When I'm 70, they'll care even less.

We do actually. Attractive tall men are infinitely times more likely to be in a high-up elected position. Look at Macron and Trudeau - millennials fall over themselves for them. They get a lot of work done to keep up their appearance. It’s embarrassing when all of these world leaders are married to very attractive, put together, poised women and the world superpower gets stuck with..well..Jill.

The misogyny on this thread is disgusting. She looks great, in shape, and like she’s enjoying her life. At seventy I hope I don’t have to wear spanx, a corset to lift my boobs to my armpits, and constantly undergo surgery to attempt to look not-seventy.

Trudeau's wife is 46.

Macron's wife was a child predator.

I think Jill represents well.

I think we all get Macron's style but it is highly stylized and hardly natural. Jill Biden is athletic. Her vibe is and has been sporty, American casual. For her "cohort", i.e. ph.d.s, she is a beauty. People dress to match their personality. She looks put together, she just has a more natural style. There's a difference.

Good Lord, people are behaving as if she dresses on the same level of Karen Pence in the early days. Many of us think she looks great.

I think they may still be figuring out the bullet proof vest stuff. It takes some adjustment. The executive-grade vests weigh 20 pounds or so, and the high-grade ones weigh over 40 pounds. They are both very bulky.

Jill would be wearing a bulletproof vest?

It doesn’t appear she is from the side view. I’ve worn them before and they definitely press your boobs high and tight into your body.

Her boobs look actually saggy in the side view photo. Like she needs a better bra.

And her jowls on her profile. Not attractive and could also use some intervention.

Jowls and wattle tbh.

...and look like Melania?

I think she looks like a woman who takes good care of herself. Why does she need "intervention"? I hope you don't have daughters.

Don’t you worry your pretty little head. No medical intervention can perform miracles.

It took me a minute there.

Da but now you get ze fooken joke nyet?

She doesn’t look great. She really needs to be wearing pantyhose. Her legs are very spotted and with a band aid? The queen looks awesome though! Love the color and print of her dress.
