I’m on the fringe of a friend group of hers. I’ve seen her a Christmas card, but didn’t receive one personally. As I’ve said, I’ve met and hung out with her many times over the years. She’s from relatively humble Arlington beginnings.

Oh hi, you again! I went through 7 years total with her in preschool and private with Sandra and she is standoffish and doesn’t speak to anyone. Our school is full of celebrities much bigger than her (hello Warren Beatty) and no one behaves like her. As I mentioned in a previous thread (and op attacked me for it) I’m sure she is nice to her inner circle but when she can’t even say hello to the parents of children in her kids classes, no I do not think she is nice.

I haven’t met her? Oh ok. 2 of my kids were in their preschool and then private classes with her kids for 7+ years but sure I’ve never met her. YOU have seen her Xmas card and hung out a few times so you must really know her much better than me!!

Karen stop. You said yourself she talks to no one and comes to nothing in your preschool friend group. So doesn’t sound like you’ve met her.
I’ve known her for 30 years. I personally find her very engaging and personable. Btw, I’m not the only one posting that she’s friendly.

- Madeline Albright- very nice when we were on the same plane and I spoke to her.
- Chuck Todd - sends his kids to public schools, wears dad jeans and seems very down-to-earth
- Dick Gephardt - sat next to him on a very small plane. He read a ton of magazines. When we spoke at the end of the flight, he was very nice.
