He has never pooped on himself before other than when he had a stomach virus. I would like to think that he just passed gas and something more unexpectedly happened, especially if he had milk at lunch, but this post has me all paranoid that some other issue is going on.

Parenting is mentally exhausting.

Well DCUM is sure your child is being abused.

No. DCUM is suggesting parents not poo-poo the possibility of abuse without investigating first.

In OP's case, OP at the very least is emotionally abusive to her child. Don't know if the kid is being sexually abused but a 5 year old who continues to have several pee accidents within the first few weeks of school and then a Poop accident? Do you know what being anally abused does to a child's bowel movements?

You’re sick.

Sheesh, that's why I worked my butt off before having kids. also make 7 figures. Family first, full stop. Clients can wait, team can cover, calls reschedule. BFD. I feel sorry for people who feel they can't move an hour of work around.

DH is a surgeon and his surgeries can last all day so no, he can’t move an hour of work around.

Some people think their situation is just how it should be for everyone....it's so simple. As Obama just said, the world is not black and white...lots of gray. God, I miss Obama!

I get the same thing...where is your husband he should be helping or you should divide? He is operating on someone's heart today, so, no, he can't just take an hour off to deal with it. He also makes A LOT of money, so I have no problem doing it all. My husband also acknowledges all that I do and gives me time off when he has time off. He loves spending times with his kids, and he is very present when he can be home.
