So why did Papadopolous lie? He is a convicted felon now. Why was that worth lying to the FBI? |
Full panic mode, if you look at CNN. |
What I find interesting is that none of the Dems, particularly former Obama administration officials, are disputing any of the information that is now coming out regarding the tactics and the questionable charges that have been made. They are just going full-on attack mode against Barr. It sure appears to be panic. George P. has made some revelations in recent weeks. We shall see how many of his allegations turn out to be true. |
He made a minor mistake about *when* he met Mifsud, that’s it. He was off by a couple weeks about that date and so spent about 2 weeks in jail. Nothing earth shattering, at all. |
Maybe I've gotten him mixed up with someone else. But didn't he plea to that one minor lie? Presumably because they had other stuff he did/lied about as well? |
you. people. are. loonie. |
Robert Mueller is EVIL, apparently. |
Exactly. So funny how he’s SUDDENLY so sick. And fat. Time it step up your hysterics, Dems. AG is afraid of no one. ![]() How sweet is that? |
That isn't how it works, but I guess in your orange colored glasses, but ok. |
Fearless. His testimony in front of senate has been killer. |
Priceless! |
What does "exculpatory" mean in this context? Exculpatory evidence is supposed to be turned over in an actual trial, but it's not the standard for opening an investigation as far as I know. If what you're suggesting is that they were purposefully lying to the FISA court, that's a different matter. What I suspect is that the supposed tapes are just part of the overall picture, and would not have made a difference granting the FISA warrants. |
AG Barr will certainly get to the bottom of what happened. What when did Obama know about it. |
This, from an article a few months back..... "First, the FBI must present evidence to FISA judges that it has verified and that comes from intelligence sources deemed reliable. Second, it must disclose any information that calls into question the credibility of its sources. Finally, it must disclose any evidence suggesting the innocence of its investigative targets." https://thehill.com/opinion/white-house/434054-the-damning-proof-of-innocence-that-fbi-likely-withheld-in-russian-probe So, if exculpatory information was withheld from the FISA court, those who had that information are in violation. |
that was singularly unconvincing, sorry. |
