Let's get real here- this country was built on immigration. We stole the land from the Indians. We stole people from their homelands (slavery). We used people to build what we needed- railroads, etc., and when we no longer needed them we said we didn't want them here anymore. Everyone wants to be the last person on the ship "no more room- close the doors!", until we need someone.

As far as I'm concerned, unless you're a Native Indian, your views on immigration are suspect.

The country was built on legal immigration. Illegal immigrants were deported, as were the diseased and unfit.

Maybe if the Indians had an immigration policy and policed their borders their land would not have been tricked, swindled, and bartered away from them. Our immigration policies are to prevent what happened to the Indians.

Thought not. Slavery was actually a blessing to those people: it took them from a backwards, impoverished, land still stuck in the stone age and put them here in this blessed land. Many blacks are Baptists, praise the Lord, and they have prospered in the sight of God despite being stomped upon by wicked white people and their bigoted ways. Shame on the white Christians who turned a blind eye to their predicament. Shame!

The Native Indians no longer have a claim upon the land. The statute of limitations has run out. They are American citizens just like the rest of us now and have no standing in a court of law concerning past land ownership.

There is a difference between acknowledging that:

1) undocumented immigration can cause problems, both for neighborhoods and schools where said undocumented immigrants live
2) Muslims who become disaffected seem to have an outlet that encourages them to commit mass murder

and

3) Harassing random people who "look Hispanic" or "look Muslim" or worse yet, actively discriminating against them.

The left doesn't seem to think the first two are a problem at all. The right doesn't seem to think the third's a problem at all.

Seriously? That's their business? Ha. Whose business? The men that are able to vote to enforce it, along with enforcing that women can't drive, show skin, and so on and so forth. America should protect its ideals and to do that we may need to keep out ideas that go against our beliefs of equal rights for all, etc...
