I can't help it, I think she's adorable. A little cheesy and into fame, OK. But a lot of people in LA are who aren't even around it for their jobs, so I guess its a job hazard for those in the "look at us" industry.

Giuliana Rancic was frighteningly thin before her cancer diagnosis, so I highly doubt that's a reason. And where is the science/evidence that body fat is related to cancer return? I've known many people who had low body fat, who had and died from cancer, specifically on the second time the cancer came back.

Duh. That's why you stay thin to minimize cancer coming back. I don't know the science but it sounds like common sense.

Yes and no. You want to be thin -- thin -- and keep the sugar down to fight the cancer causing cells. But too thin, and you can't fight off any infection. One pneumonia and you would die.
