There's thin and fit, and then there's downright emaciated. I know she has a disorder, but I don't know how one can deny it for so long, and not work on it once they have kids.

There are a lot of people who know exactly what's going on... Nannies, assistants, coworkers, housekeepers, family members... I wonder if her surrogate feels a moral dilemma-- carrying babies for a mother who is not healthy and likely won't be able to keep going on like this... Sad situation.
