E.T. - I'm sorry that is who she has always reminded me of. I don't know why...

She is so ugly.

She really is very homely...and now skeletal. Just looks morbid.

Which one Giuliana or Joan?

When is she going to start dressing her age? 40 and wearing shorts with those sticks. How can she critique others?

She looked horrifying. She really needs an intervention.

When was the last time you were in a room with her? Spoke with her (not a text or email, actual voices)?

Giuliana Rancic was frighteningly thin before her cancer diagnosis, so I highly doubt that's a reason. And where is the science/evidence that body fat is related to cancer return? I've known many people who had low body fat, who had and died from cancer, specifically on the second time the cancer came back.

Duh. That's why you stay thin to minimize cancer coming back. I don't know the science but it sounds like common sense.

While it is true that there is such a thing as a cancer avoiding diet, being microthin is not part of it. And people with cancer often get very very thin. It's a sign of cancer, not a way of avoiding it.

I don't know. Seems like if you have twice as many cells, there is a better chance for a haywire one.

She does seem very thin, but old footage shows her as then, back then. I will say when I was reviewing the Emmy red carpet list on Huffpost (only women, mind you). The pics where the actress was probably a size 0/00 the clothes looked great. Anything else - not so great. I don't know what size Melissa McCarthy is, but what they put her in along with her size just looked like a sack. And I think she may be like a 14 or something. The perspective is just so skewed.

You don't have twice as many fat cells if you weigh 120 than if you wigh 85 lbs.

I feel like she is the kind of person whose eating habits are very different when she is alone than when she is with people or when she thinks people are watching.

I remember when she talked about her diet and dieting tips on her blog. I remember thinking it was kind of extreme. She also seemed really resistant to gaining a little bit of weight when she was trying to get pregnant.
