Hahahahaha!! |
sounds awful there are more important things to worry about in school like passing the SOL. |
Cloth napkin and silverware sound so proper. I had a friend who would do that for pizza. She didn't like getting her hands dirty. Very proper and polite. |
I send it because it's washable, not because it's proper. |
Oh, I know, I get it. It just reminded me of my friend. No one else did that back then. |
I don't believe lunchables are poison, I do give my kids treats, and I don't eat organic. I do try to feed my kids nutritious food though, including whole grain, fruit and veg. Look, there is no point in arguing about this, the science is very clear. The nutritional value of lunchables is quite poor. The are high in sodium and low in vitamins. More important, you are establishing poor eating habits which may hurt them in the future. |
OMG I have no words |
Wow, you would think that three decades of children eating yogurt would have convinced you that this is not a crisis waiting to happen. Now scoot, you need to find a wooden toothbrush with natural bristles. Man boobs!!!! |
I think the pp was kidding, but your reasoning is, in general, very flawed. There is a crisis. The status quo is not good! |
| once every 18 years |
All evidence to the contrary. |

No. I ate a lunchable once and thought it was disgusting. What you give your kids matters and can lead to bad eathing habits down the line. My parents let me eat whatever I wanted and I ate a lot of snacks and few veggies. Odd enough I have always been very skinny.
Sure enough in my 30s my health started falling apart though. |
Yep learning this the hard way now. |
| Eh, there are too many people living too long now. We don't have enough money or people to take care of the old ones. People used to live to a ripe old age of 60 and that was good enough. |
