my diet starts out the same a lot of days.
B/7am: 2 whole wheat waffles with PB, sharp cheese S/10:30: turkey and swiss, pop tart L/12:30: half a chicken burrito bowl and a lemonade i am quite hungry right now i'm gonna polish off the rest of that bowl.

I'm with you. Anyone with an unhealthy attitude towards food or uninformed understanding of nutrition will read some of these accounts and think that they are normal. They are not and many are by most measures poor, unhealthy diets. Take everything you read here with a huge grain of salt. For readers who are really seeking information, you are much better off comparing your eating habits to a professional nutritionist's suggestions. |
