A lot of illiterate commentators and commentators are conflating the CEASE FIRE agreement with the ENDING WAR negotiating points.

The 8/9/10/15 point plans are ending war proposals, not claimed cease fire agreements.

Trump said that Iran's 10 point plan was a "workable basis on which to negotiate" snf “Almost all of the various points of past contention have been agreed to between the United States and Iran, but a two week period will allow the Agreement to be finalized and consummated.” So while the deal isn't done, he has in general agreed to Iran's 10 point plan.

VLCC tanker’s cargo is worth roughly $225–285 million at today’s prices. They could probably charge more, maybe less for smaller ships. I’d charge by the cargo hold size.
