| It will definitely be appealed. Management doesn’t have a choice. |
Yes. Or exaggerating. |
The decision was sent to us and it was a solid win. The SEC's arguments were pretty weak. |
PP you think they are lying about the arbitration decision? How odd. |
Then post the decision! Or is it top secret, like the RIF plans? Maybe I’ll just FOIA it, since I’m sure it’s on GG’s work email. |
| I heard that a few democrats were hoping to extend the shutdown for 30 days just so the sec would miss the appeal deadline. |
What was the decision? |
Sent to whom? By whom? Did they tell you to keep it secret? Why? So weird. |
What’s “odd” is that it’s been kept a secret. Like a bunch of 13 yo girls talking about who they have a crush on. So unprofessional and shady and weird. |
Not that this poster warrants response, but union members were notified of the decision and were provided with a copy of the ruling. |
Ooh, yeah, he’s cute! Giggle giggle. I won’t tell anyone. What a bunch of self important dorks. |

If we don’t get a follow-up from the Union this week, I will start to wonder what is going on with them. I’d think one of two things. One management wants to play ball and renegotiate the contract with some regular telework. Or two, the union has completely given up and we should all stop paying dues.
The more likely scenario is what the Union hinted at in the fall and it will start having staff send emails or letters detailing how the lose of telework has impacted them. Atkins won’t GAF but at least he will know what he’s done to people. |
OHR literally sent email to all staff with the arbitration decision and noting the SEC had the option to appeal. it's not a secret. you sound like a disgruntled DRiP; so sorry no one cares about you anymore. guess the money has run out and you don't have a new job yet? |
False. They did not send the written opinion. The details matter. Surprised it hasn’t been “leaked” to Reuters yet. (Though it wouldn’t really be a leak bc it’s not a damn secret to begin with). Even the Epstein files are being disclosed. But not the stupid arbitration opinion? |
| So you're one of those SEC employee that's not a member of the union, don't pay dues but enjoy the union acquired benefits I see. Now complaining about not being privy to union communications. What a farce. |
