Andrew will spill his guts.

So why hasn’t he? Why deal with the messy extradition process when there are so many Americans who can answer the same questions?

I wish the Trump administration or lawyers would try to extradite him. But they haven’t, wonder why.

They don't even need to go to such lengths. They can simply subpoena the many Americans with information. Or make a deal with Ghislaine.

Trump and his pet attorneys and judges aren’t going to allow that. Why the Brits needs to get Andrew to spill.

How do you propose they do that? They aren't exactly stopping him from doing that now.

The palace is trying to stop Parliament from making Andrew testify. Below is just one of many reports about why--Charles and William don't want a broader investigation into royal finances, leases on Crown Estate properties, and the rest. Which is really too bad, because this is one of the few opportunities where some investigative body would let Andrew go full blast on Epstein and Trump.

You mean full blast on Bill Clinton.

Sorry, MAGA pedo defender. There’s many more pictures and a long history of Trump and Epstein, sometimes with Andrew in the same pic. If Clinton raped children then go after him. But Trump’s refusal to release the Epstein files says it all about Trump.

You are all over the place. You're laser focused on Andrew ignoring all the available Americans who can testify. Andrew is not the glue holding all the together. Just says you're not really looking out for victims as you keep claiming.

You do realize you’re fighting/trolling with multiple posters who are appalled you’re defending Andrew and Trump, right?

You do realize nobody has defended them in any way? And that more than one person keeps pointing this out?

Actually, one poster said that listing after young teens was just fine. And the MAGAs here seem really opposed to real consequences for Andrew.

*lusting

More lies. Nobody here has said anything of the sort. Demanding he testify when he hasn't even been asked is not opposing consequences. There is a process to be followed that nobody has even initiated.

Calm down, you’re misunderstanding. Yes, people here want Andrew to testify (to spill on Epstein’s operation and probably on Trump) or not to testify (because they don’t think lusting after teens is bad—someone here absolutely said “ephobophilia is ok” close to the beginning of this thread—or because they don’t want Trump and/or the BRF’s finances exposed.)

The point, which you keep missing, is that some in Parliament actually want to initiate the process. But lots of press have reported that the palace is leaning on Parliament not to initiate the process to investigate, in fact BP issued s real-life statement saying an investigation would “distract” Parliament from other issues. So Parliament is in limbo, and may investigate, or may not investigate. Whining about “nobody has initiated the process” looks like you’re either ignorant or trying to shut down discussion by insulting other posters, although surely you’d never want to do that. Hope that clears it up.

So you want Andrew to just show up without being asked to “testify” ? Seems like you’re angry at the wrong people.

For those of you in the back seats (not for this troll): Andrew probably has dirt on Trump's relationship with Epstein (see: pictures of Andrew, Trump, and Epstein together at Mar al Lago) that could potentially bring the orange dirtbag down, and maybe also on Clinton and lots of other rich men. To get this information, either (1) the US Congress needs to do a thorough investigation into Epstein, including issuing subpoenas to lots of people involved with Epstein. Or (2) Parliament needs to defy Charles and William and force Andrew to testify. At this point, a Parliamentary inquiry seems more likely.

Both seem extremely unlikely but you are entitled to your dreams.

There's definitely a higher chance Parliament will investigate Andrew and his Epstein connections, including Trump, than there is of the current US Congress investigating the orange dumpster fire. Already a parliamentary subcommittee has asked for info on Andrew's lease. Keir Starmer has expressed support for an investigation into all Crown Estate leases. And several in parliament have expressed support for a full investigation into the real issue, which is Andrew's pedo activities. Fingers crossed.

Merrick Garland sat on the Epstein files and given how much his DOJ hated Trump and threw everything plus the kitchen sink at him, that somehow no one leaked incriminating info about Trump and Epstein would be very weird, frankly, implausible. Meanwhile Trump was campaigning on releasing the files and he talked openly about it for a long time. It would be amazing bluster from him if he was genuinely involved in a bad way.

It is interesting that both parties, despite hating each other, somehow can't or wouldn't reveal the files. The concept of the files has grown into something much bigger than they may really be. These talks about investigating the files in Parliament is clearly a form of distraction from Labour's many other problems, including total abysmal approval ratings. In other words, I read nothing meaningful in these promises and expect nothing will happen.

It’s very clear the current US administration and Congress won’t release anything or investigate anything—nobody here has said anything different. Although the comment about “amazing bluster” from Trump is lol.

I think the files weren’t released under Biden because there’s something in there that’s really bad for Democrats/ our government in general. I think Trump genuinely thought he was going to release the info, until he got into office, saw whatever “bad stuff” is in there and realized he couldn’t release it - it’s too damaging for either our government as a whole or too damaging for someone even more powerful than Trump.

We know both Clinton and trump (and Melania) were involved, trump with the most involvement, so it makes sense in trumps head to deflect and deny, and blame. Don't try to make sense of a fools mind.
I doubt Biden would protect Clinton, so I’m not sure what the motivator would be there.

I’ve got to believe all the tech billionaires Trump paraded during his inauguration are involved. Why else would they pander to him? He’s got dirt on them.

While I support releasing the files, I think it is really complicated. Because you went to Epstein Island doesn't mean you participated in the illegal activities. Epstein was known for having scientific conferences and the like on the island - or so he claimed. Steven Hawking was apparently at a few.

Probably only in a certain person's head. Melania?

There's an interview with Trump from 2015 before he ran the first time when he said HRC's biggest liability was Bill and his connections to Epstein. Trump has talked about Epstein on off, he's never clammed up the way you would expect of someone guilty.

It's pretty clear Trump and Epstein did have social friendship and like plenty of men do when women aren't around, would be lewd and vulgar and joking with each other. Most men indulge in this behavior when with their good buddies, although I'm sure the degrees vary. But it doesn't mean there was anything more to it.

Given that multiple administrations from both parties have sat on the files I do agree with the PP who suggested it's to protect someone or something. Look at Trump, his administration was all for it till they actually got the files, and the behavior of everyone from Trump down is one of "oh sh...t"

But who would be protected by both Trump and Biden? I used to scoff at the notion of a certain country in the ME using Epstein to entrap people and blackmailing them to benefit that country's policies. It was ridiculous and antisemitic. Or so I thought. But I actually can see that happening, and process of elimination tells me there cannot be anyone in US politics who needs to be protected by both parties. Not even Bill Clinton. So are they protecting someone outside the US? I hate going down this path because of what the public reaction would mean. But it does seem a bit more plausible than it was when I first heard the rumor. And you can see both Biden and Trump realizing they need to stop this from being publicly acknowledged. Especially in the last two years.

Or maybe it really is just a bunch of rich donors to both parties.

You keep drinking the Kool-aid. DJT was thick with Epstein--you see the pictures and what he wrote in the birthday book. Trump is the one who stands to lose the most if those files get released as a sitting President. That's why our country is at a standstill and it's not because of the Brits.

+100. We’ve all seen the pictures of Trump and Epstein and heard the stories about the pair judging girls for a calendar and the rest of their creepy friendship. Trump probably thought nobody would remember his campaign promises to release the files—oops.

I feel sad for whoever wrote this. Who's that "someone even more powerful than Trump" in the US? There's nobody more powerful than him here. And why would Trump, who only cares about himself, want to protect them? Trump would obviously luuurve the chance to take down even more of the US government. And it's hard to imagine anyone internationally that Trump would want to protect, either. He'd love for Macron or tech execs to go down. Maybe he'd want to protect the Pope or King Charles because he sucks up to monarchy, but it's laughable to think either of them were on the Lolita Express. This hypothesis is silly.

No, obviously Trump learned what's in the files and he wants to protect himself.
