He’s never coached a senior level group and was coaching Silver 2 this past year, which is generally MS aged kids tracking to Gold 3, so any following wouldn’t really involve the site’s high level swimmers other than the obvious. |

Yes - a lot of super sad swimmers/families at Prep now. Phil’s fabulousness can’t be overstated. Wherever he lands, that club is incredibly lucky to have him. And Jeremy is a great guy, too. He did not coach my swimmer directly, but they had a fun relationship kidding around on deck. |

This is sad, but in some ways makes sense. Phil and Jeremy’s care, compassion and kindness to the kids does not align with the site’s values and leadership. |
