Does AU need the help? They have the best senior coach at the club.

Always funny a few people on here like to try and punch down at AU. People who know their program and know the track record of their coach the last 20 years appreciate him as one of the best coaches in the area.

Wow, are you insane? They have lost over a dozen gold 1 swimmers in the last two years and have not produced an elite d1 swimmer in about four.

The pecking order at NCap is:

Prep
