Your google machine is broken? GMAFB. |
You’re doubling down on the trolling, I see. |
You’re an imbecile if you’re actually trying to equate the antiquated language found in the Bible excerpts you posted to be anywhere near the same league as the graphically sexual pictures and descriptions found in the books in question. Regardless, I would be fine not having Bibles available in public school libraries. They’re available in public libraries and bookstores. Not a big deal at all, and it isn’t “banning” anything. |
Sure, whatever you say. And of course, that’s what you *always* say. Yawn. |
DP. Umm. Wtf are you babbling about? What does the bathroom or prom have to do with this discussion? |
Ok? Were school administrators assisting in making those HJs available? No? Didn’t think so. Schools are not in the business of providing graphically sexual material to kids. I know that disappoints you. |
Seriously. The trolls here aren’t even intelligent. |
The PP is correct. You are very confused. Not to mention wildly off-topic. |
And are public schools showing sexual TikToks to students? Nope. You are not making the case you think you are. Quite the opposite, in fact. DP |
Cool, cool What about some books by popular author Judy Blume? Excerpt from young adult novel, Forever, published in 1975: ""This time I tried to relax and think of nothing - nothing but how my body felt- and then Ralph was pushing against me and I whispered, 'Are you in... are we doing it?' 'Not yet,' Michael said, pushing harder. 'I don't want to hurt you.' 'Don't worry... just do it!' 'I'm trying, Kath... but it's very tight in there.' 'What should I do?' 'Can you spread your legs some more... and maybe raise them a little?' 'Like this?' 'That's better... much better.' I could feel him halfway inside me and then Michael whispered, 'Kath...' 'What?' 'I think I'm going to come again.' I felt a big thrust, followed by a quick sharp pain that made me suck in my breath. 'Oh... oh,' Michael cried, but I didn't come. I wasn't even close. 'I'm sorry,' he said, I couldn't hold off.' He stopped moving. 'It wasn't any good for you , was it?' 'Everybody says the first time is no good for a virgin. I'm not disappointed.' But I was. I'd wanted it to be perfect."" |
So you haven't read Lawn Boy then. Got it. |
Reading a book isn't "living out their sex lives". |
Still waiting on an answer to this: You said you don’t want your teens learning about those things from a book. Do you prefer the interwebs? TV? YouTube? Pornhub? Go ask your teen if they know about them. And where they learned about them. |
| I read Forever in junior high, a few years after it came out. I don't remember if I got the book from the school library or the public library. The only part of the book that really stuck with me was that the boy named his banana. |

Lol it’s funny how “parents” are seemingly so desperate for the state to provide their children with sexually graphic material.
Schools must provide students access to 120 days of sodom and American Psycho to my 11 year old - How dare the BOOK BANNERS try to stop this! |
