I don't have this fear. Hence I'm ok with the books being in libraries as long as age appropriate and yes, ok in highschool.

A simple search of FCPS libraries online shows it is not carried. No doubt asking a "media specialist" why this is would result in an unhinged LWNJ lecture. The point being - again - that liberals are complete hypocrites.

Could you explain how to do a "simple search of FCPS libraries"? Because all I'm seeing is a search for each individual high school library. I searched the Annandale HS library and the Woodson HS library for "Gender Queer", and they don't have it. (They also don't have your silly book.) So there's one less thing for you to worry about.

School libraries do not have this "crap," they have books. They are libraries. That's what libraries do: have books. If you don't want your child to read a given book, tell your child they're not allowed to read that book. Or tell your child they're not allowed to enter the library, or not allowed to read any books, or whatever you want. That's your prerogative as the parent of your child.
