Some people, including me, would greatly disagree with you. What makes a city a city is the variety of people and opportunities contained in the city. That only comes with more people, more business, more retail etc.

If you want less density, live on a farm.

Task Force member Robert Ward on his social media supports a “compromise” redistricting plan offered by At-large Council Member Silverman. But then Ward mocks her plan on his alter-ego Titter, “Cleveland Park Boomer.” Totally strange behavior for someone on the Ward 3 redistricting Task force.

That Twitter account is clearly someone intentionally and not subtly mocking Cleveland Park homeowners. So of course it wouldn’t be odd or inconsistent that Bob Ward would be running the account.

Phil Mendelson releases a revised map at 10:20 on a Friday night. A map that doesn't conform to the law, nor the process. Why? To cater to his 30 years ago base of Cleveland Park NIMBYs.

And then....Eric Goulet, the supposed endorsed candidate of the Chamber of Commerce and businesses...goes and supports it. So I guess this is what we can expect from Goulet? 11th hour meddling that caters to the highly privileged?

How hard is it for Goulet to not write tweets that make him look like a complete ass. Every single one is so bad that I could swear that they were from a parody account made to mock local politicians who take themselves and their feelings far too seriously.
