How is the attorney getting around the the crime/fraud exception to privilege?
“Crime or Fraud Exception. If a client seeks advice from an attorney to assist with the furtherance of a crime or fraud or the post-commission concealment of the crime or fraud, then the communication is not privileged. If, however, the client has completed a crime or fraud and then seeks the advice of legal counsel, such communications are privileged unless the client considers covering up the crime or fraud.” |
Thx for sharing this link PP. Great, informative article included. After analyzing the 1:17 long video of the 8/12 incident - it was clear that Gabby was in so much distress that evening while Brian was not. Yet she was the one who they left out in the desert, completely alone not knowing the area or a soul in the town. She told the cops that she didn’t want the van 🚐 because she didn’t feel comfortable driving it. It is much more dangerous for a young Female vs. a Male to be out alone in a desert w/out much money or resources. The officer at the scene stressed that they couldn’t treat the situation based on their genders either way, but someone should have acknowledged that in reality, sending Gabby off w/no resources to fend for herself was definitely a terrible decision. Especially when Brian was personally escorted to a paid-for hotel. Yes those officers should be fired. No they didn’t have a hand in Gabby’s actual demise but they handled the situation very poorly. 😿 |
| Why did they return to Laundrie house to pick up his DNA while it’s also being reported that search is slowing down today; remains found? |
If they left BL with the van, I’m sure he’d have called her and found her hotel/motel. With a vehicle she wasn’t comfortable driving, she was in a batter position. She could call her parents for assistance / money / advice or driven away without him. The latter was a stretch but I think she was better off in the van than in the hotel. |
| I’m sure Gabby’s parents wish they had a time machine to go back to the day she called them from the police car, so they could fly out and bring her home. Those poor parents. |
If it were me, I'd be using "DNA" for search dogs to sniff then search the AT. |
| And sniff homes of friends and family |
| Someone should make a collage of all of BL T-shirts from their social media, and post it to the AT Facebook group |
| I want to see him perp-walked in a prison jumpsuit so very badly. |
Did either of them actually say they didn't have money for a hotel. I know they said they didn't know anyone in town. Not long after Gabby stayed in a hotel for a few days while Brian flew back to Florida for a few days to do whatever he was doing with the storage unit. Where did the money come from for the flight and hotel stay then? The police did ask for their phone numbers. I do wish when they did the reports that they would have caught all the 911 information, that they would have contacted Gabby to say there was a witness that Brian struck her and ask if she wished to press charges or needed help. |

Dog the Bounty Hunters daughter posted at 5:22pm that he has a hot lead, this could be it, and he has particular interest in case because Gabby was same age as his own daughter Barbara was taken

I hope he finds him. At least he’s serious about it - not taking no from the parents |
Unless their shitstain of a son is brought in, they’ll never know peace.
“The female, Roberta… called in on 911,” a dispatcher is heard saying on a radio recording, adding that the caller “referenced a situation with the male,” according to FOX News. https://www.fox8.com/news/report-brian-laundries-mother-calls-911-on-dog-the-bounty-hunter/ |

At the moment Brian is only worth $20,000. I’m surprised Florida hasn’t raised it to $200,000.

| I think they know he’s not actually in Florida. |
