Additionally, she has opened up Fulton County to potential hostile workplace and discrimination claims. You do not date people you have supervisory responsibility over period. Any company in the US with HR policies in place would fire you for this.

Two things can be true at once. She can be guilty and so can Trump/the other defendents.

She is not on trial, which is why the judge can make inferences from her lies, but she can stay out of jail in a future case because of reasonable doubt.
The boyfriend's wife got to leverage this case for a favorable settlement, because he lied in the divorce case.
Now he is claiming attorney client privilege, and since it is not Willis on trial, the judge is free to make assumptions about his refusal to waive attorney client privilege.

It actually is a crime. She violated Fulton County ethics laws. She had a legal duty to disclose the relationship and any gifts over $100. She did not. Additionally, she has opened up Fulton County to potential hostile workplace and discrimination claims. You do not date people you have supervisory responsibility over period. Any company in the US with HR policies in place would fire you for this.

Two things can be true at once. She can be guilty and so can Trump/the other defendents.

She does not have to be proven guilty here. The judge is free to give weight to the use of attorney client privilege.

You seem to be under the impression that Fani Willis is being prosecuted and potentially faces jail time. That is not the case. This hearing was part of the prosecution of Trump and the remaining co-conspirators who have not plead guilty for attempted election interference. This hearing was to determine whether Willis can continue on the prosecution team.

She will be facing State and Federal criminal charges and her law license will be suspended or worse after she is removed from the Trump case

So now tell me what charges Clarence Thomas will be facing, when he will be removed from office and when he will have his law license suspended or worse, given his ethics violations and illegal gifts were much larger than Willis's and went on for much much longer than Willis's?

If you want to sit here and rant on and on and on about how Fani Willis is corrupt and criminal and needs to be removed from the case, impeached and removed from office, prosecuted and stripped of her law license (despite your lack of evidence) then Clarence Thomas also needs to be addressed given the gifts he took and the glaring conflicts of interest on his end and his refusals to recuse are FAR worse, FAR more egregious, and FAR more obvious and at this point FAR more well documented than anything Fani Willis did.
