The guy already lied on the stand about the nature of his relationship to Willis. So it’s no surprise that he’s now lying in a deposition. Otherwise he really should seek medical attention because he should be disabled and prevented from practicing law due to his inability to remember whole 8 hour days being interviewed by the White House.

I’m going Occams Razor on this and assuming - because he seems so dumb - that it’s a twofer of WH political interference and fraudulent billing. Probably took a 30 minute call and billed 8 hours for it.
