She is prosecuting people for making false statements and filing false documents. 
If she and/or Wade did the same...... it could result in the disqualification of one or both of them.

That is not the if.  It is that she embezzled government funds to send them to her boyfriend who then shared the funds with her taking her on trips.  It's why she has to lie about reimbursing him for the trips.  The bigger the case she prosecutes, the bigger the payout to her married boyfriend.
It doesn't cancel out Trump's conduct, but it does mean someone else should be doing the prosecution.  People who are against Trump should support having experienced attorneys on this case.  The boyfriend has no experience on RICO cases, and it's not clear he has even been part of a felony case, and his first one will be a former President?

Although it would be poetic justice, Trump is not being prosecuted simply because Fani Willis saw the potential to syphon off a portion of a government contractor’s salary. LOL[/quote]
