It actually is a crime. She violated Fulton County ethics laws. She had a legal duty to disclose the relationship and any gifts over $100. She did not. Additionally, she has opened up Fulton County to potential hostile workplace and discrimination claims. You do not date people you have supervisory responsibility over period. Any company in the US with HR policies in place would fire you for this.

Even the prosecution has given up and didn't call Willis again. but people on here are still defending her ludicrous claims that she put up to prevent going to jail.
She does not have to be proven guilty here.  The judge is free to give weight to the use of attorney client privilege.

You seem to be under the impression that Fani Willis is being prosecuted and potentially faces jail time. That is not the case. This hearing was part of the prosecution of Trump and the remaining co-conspirators who have not plead guilty for attempted election interference. This hearing was to determine whether Willis can continue on the prosecution team.[/quote]

If you want to sit here and rant on and on and on about how Fani Willis is corrupt and criminal and needs to be removed from the case, impeached and removed from office, prosecuted and stripped of her law license (despite your lack of evidence) then Clarence Thomas also needs to be addressed given the gifts he took and the glaring conflicts of interest on his end and his refusals to recuse are FAR worse, FAR more egregious, and FAR more obvious and at this point FAR more well documented than anything Fani Willis did.

I'm really sick of the bogus, disingenuous, hypocritical double standard you are putting in place here.
