Shooting what , irans dead cat bounce with a handful of last small ships and leftover drones? Time for the us to finish them as they say in mortal Kombat and if they are willing to abide by the terms maybe a babality

No thanks. I'm not interested in putting troops on the ground in Iran - and neither is 75+% of the US.

Let's just declare victory, go home, and stop digging this hole any further. The "excursion" of choice has been a collossal waste of money and munitions that has demonstrably made the world less safe and more poor. Every day this continues just compounds the negative impacts.

I assume we can’t say we won and go back to the way things were since Iran now knows just how much leverage they have with the Strait of Hormuz. We are cooked. Inflation will be like nobody has ever seen.

Iran just attacked energy infrastructure in the UAE. They have also attacked multiple ships in the Strait of Hormuz today.

They are terrorists, through and through. Utterly despicable.

No they have a right to defend themselves. Isn’t that what you Israelis say?

A regime that has spent 50+ years terrorizing those they hate is somehow the victim in your eyes? Also, weird that you continue to call anyone you disagree with an Israeli. Grow up.

Meanwhile Zionists have spent almost a century being terrorists in the middle east all while committing multiple genocides and somehow they think they're the good people. Laughable

By maga standards, Trump is an even bigger flop this time around. Ice raids stopped. Barely any deportations happened. Most people are detained not deported which means they’re still in the US. Obama administration and possibly Biden actually deported more. The big beautiful wall was not built.

The economy is not growing. We are in an obvious slow walk to a great recession.

No new wars was a lie, and the war that did occur is huge big flop. Ai is taking over and taking new jobs. Manufacturing did not come back.

This is the start of a potential revolution away from the two party system from the underclass in my opinion. People are so fed by politicians lying to them. 2027/2028 will produce some shock candidates on both the right and left for the mainstream.

History certainly does repeat itself. The midterms will produce a blue wave similar to 2006, and it’s possible the impossible may happen and Democrats may actually take the Senate similar to 2006.

I think when it’s all said and done Trump will be considered one of the worst presidents ever. A lot can happen in two years and we have just seen the beginning of the downward. spiral of his presidency and popularity. The only other big loser from this war is Benjamin Netanyahu who will lose influence in America and in Israel .

Are you for real? Look at what Israel has done to Iran for 50 years. In your f’ed up Israel first world Israel can killed, rape, commit terrorism, bomb embassies, use proxies against Iran, place bombs in crowds, build nuclear weapons, etc and Iran can not respond?

Israel is the terrorists country and you support these terrorists.

So, go back to how it was before the US spent billions of dollars unnecessarily?

Actually, back to the JCPOA w/ Iran in a much stronger negotiating position.

Trump creates problem --> Trump wrestles with problem WWE style --> Trump claims "victory" + collateral damage

MAGA: 4D chess! Why are my Cheetos and PBR so expensive?
Republicans: How can we grift from this?
Conservatives: But Biden, But Obama, But Clinton, But Carter, & tax cuts

I.e., Iran in a much stronger negotiating position until oil is no longer relevant to the world. Anytime the world (i.e., the US and Israel) want to put the squeeze on Iran, the world's economy gets disrupted.

Which has been obvious for decades, which is why, for decades, the goal has been to reduce reliance on fossil fuels. But then Trump….

Following up on similar reporting by CNN

Also the USS Gerald R Ford is finally coming home after almost a year straight of deployment. We’ll find out soon how bad the damage is there. The repair contracts can’t hide.

Probably one of the driving forces for the ceasefire. The US bit off more than it can tolerably chew this time.

Well, Iran just created the "Persian Gulf Strait Authority" so don't think it's back to how it was unless Iran was collecting tolls back before the war.
