Shooting what , irans dead cat bounce with a handful of last small ships and leftover drones? Time for the us to finish them as they say in mortal Kombat and if they are willing to abide by the terms maybe a babality

No thanks. I'm not interested in putting troops on the ground in Iran - and neither is 75+% of the US.

Let's just declare victory, go home, and stop digging this hole any further. The "excursion" of choice has been a collossal waste of money and munitions that has demonstrably made the world less safe and more poor. Every day this continues just compounds the negative impacts.

iran shouldnt be allowed to block any ships on the ocean period thats should be the rule and if they can't contrl themselves they need to be removed by the world, eevntually it will happen if trump doesn't finish the job

DP. So Iran should have no say over what ships travel through their territorial waters? That is crazy.

The straits are international waters, not Iran's.

Iran is not part of the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea (UNCLOS). This means a large part of the strait is in Iranian territorial waters and Iran has direct control over who travels through the their territory.

So no it is not international waters. The strait at its narrows is 22 miles wide. There strait is divided between Iran and Oman. It is possible to use Oman’s territorial waters to navigate the transit of the strait but it is shallow, difficult and dangerous. So for 150 miles the ships stay within 12 miles of the Iranian coast.

Hezbollah continues to break the ceasefire.

There is no ceasefire because we have a blockade in place which is an act of war.

There is no ceasefire because Israel has broken the ceasefire more than 1000 times. Peace is last thing Israel has ever wanted.

I used to be supportive of Israel. But they killed 75,000 mostly innocent people in Gaza. They have sent 700,000 orthodox religious fanatics into the West Bank, and are terrorizing people there and stealing their land. And now they have invaded Lebanon and are taking everything south of the Litani River.

It is impossible for a human being with two brain cells to be supportive of Israel today. And now they have led the US into a stupid war with Iran that has been a disaster for the entire planet.

I mean, f Israelis. Why on Earth is the US supporting this tiny little irrelevant country? It's been a disaster for American interests.

Lebanon isn’t going to work for Israel. Lebanon is at its root a Christian country. 60% of its population was Christian. The only Christian majority Arab nation in the me is Lebanon. It’s a wine country as well. It looks like Italy.

They aren’t going to beat or the Muslims over there nor are they are going to get Lebanese christians to fight Muslims. A pure fail all around.

Syria and Iraq were alot more easy to fragment because they had Baathist dictatorships led by the minority faiths in both nations (Sunni Saddam in Shia majority Iraq, Shia Assad in Sunni majority Syria), but Lebanon based on the 1943 National Pact, the President is always a Maronite Christian, the Prime Minister a Sunni Muslim, and the Speaker of Parliament a Shia Muslim. Their government will not fall as easily as Syria or Iraq because it actually is representative of the demographics

They have what the Israelis/Palestinians should have as Muslim, Jewish, Christian unitary/multi faith government in the “Holy Land”

Wow, why the hate towards France? It is sending its carrier under a joint British-French effort to support the safety of ships only AFTER a deal is reached, and secondarily to show strength because one of their ships was fired upon. This was never intended to help the US in any way. Europeans are very angry against Trump and certainly do not want to help the US right now with its mess.

Found the terrorist sympathizer, upset because Hezbollah commanders (i.e. terrorists) were killed. I mean, at least you're not trying to hide anymore.

Your propaganda campaigns have become trite and meaningless.

All terrorism is bad, including, but not limited to, rocket attacks in the Galelli, "settlers" in the West Bank, and the ethnic cleansing of South Lebanon.

We reap what we sow and that applies equally to both Hezbollah and Israel.

They hate France because France is competent. Look at how these people f’ed the war with Iran. It’s a total disaster. What a clown show. I bet Trump will give up US nuclear weapons and pay Iran.

At this point, Israel will continue its terror and war crimes in Lebanon, just to prevent even the possibility of having a ceasefire.

Sure. I like the way you just spewed propaganda while chiding me for doing so.

I guess MBS is done with Trump now. I wonder what that means for Jared’s wealth fund.

MBS and Saudi Arabia should expect more false flags from Israel again if they don't cooperate with efforts against Iran.

They already got a false flag with 9/11. They have too much money to care. What scares them more is renewable energy. No more oil, no more money.
