Kohl did a great job. The only thing he left out were the facts. Flynn lied, it was easily provable, it was proved, and it was material. The only thing he could go with was materiality which is basically an insane argument for a defense attorney to make, let alone a prosecutor. But aside from that, Kohl did a very reasonable job of trashing the FBI and the DOJ. And Sullivan is going to have to agree with him. Prejudice is iffy though.

Yet, the agents and Comey have said they didn't think he lied. It wasn't provable and it wasn't proven. And as additional evidence came out - which was originally withheld (a violation of law), that has become even more evident.
I agree that Sullivan is prejudiced against Flynn. That was abundantly clear today.

Alternatively, Trump tainted the case by sticking his fingers into it, therefore hurting Flynn more than helping him.

That is a slam dunk, as Flynn was a paid agent of Turkey, undisclosed and unreported.

I am not sure why he would want to re-open himself to that.

She tried to, he put her in her place, and then she had to admit to multiple conversations with Trump.

Sidney Powell is not very bright if she thought that would work.

His associate's conviction was overturned on appeal, remember, so Flynn may assume he's in the clear on that one. Not clear that he actually would be though.

They don't need to redo any filings. The filings weren't based on facts. Just novel interpretations of the law.

The dates both have the same border around them. I think this is intentional to indicate to the court that these were defense notes - not written on the document, but on the tab. Remember these are photocopies of the evidence and if the tab flaps have been dated by the defense team, they are not "altering evidence."

Strzok has gotten his knickers in a bunch about nothing and is probably making a big deal about this to distract the public from the other evidence. Mission accomplished, at least temporarily.
