Well, notes aside, the real issue now for the judge is the "side deal."
It's in the judge's hands right now. |
If you’re outraged by the FBI’s tactics with Flynn, keep in mind that they do these things every day against drug dealers, gang members, and terrorists. Except those people are black, Hispanic, and Middle Eastern—not “lock ‘er up” lily white. |
Those tactics are wrong, but drug dealers and terrorists are criminals. There is a difference. |
Asking questions isn't usually a controversial tactic. But there's no difference between drug dealers and terrorists and Flynn. All criminals. All convicted felons. |
Maybe read Flynn's testimony before the Grand Jury where he admitted working for Turkey while serving on the Trump transition team and then as NSA. He is a criminal. |
It was a setup. I can’t wait to see Flynn walk. He’s gonna make his money back tenfold on the lawsuit. |
He lied. Not a set up. You are making excuses for a liar and traitor to the flag. |
You do know that a judge threw out a conviction of Flynn's business partner?

These were people who happened to be attorneys acting as investigators. They were not in the role of "attorneys." These documents should have been turned over a year or more ago. |
This is what is confusing to me……
When the FBI interviewed Flynn, the agents believed he was being truthful. Comey testified to that. It wasn’t until the special counsel got involved that Flynn was charged. Why? If the FBI believed he was being truthful, why charge him? This leads me to believe that they wanted Flynn to give them dirt on Trump, but since he had no dirt to give up, they needed to save face. The pressure campaign they launched against Flynn and his family resulted in a false “guilty” plea because Flynn could not afford the multi-million dollar defense that was needed. |
This isn’t so complicated. They heard him on the phone ( and god knows who else also have him on tape). They have him talking to foreign adversaries. Which is bad, but what is worse is he lied about it. He made himself a security risk. He was the NSA and he did that. It’s insane. It’s unforgivable. The FBI did their job. You can say thank you now. |
The man was conspiring with Turkey and Saudi Arabia on behalf of the Trump Administration before and during the Inaugural.
Why did he want to kidnap someone from US soil? Why did he make a deal with the Saudi's to transfer nuclear technology? |
But, the Director of the FBI testified that he didn't lie. And, he was speaking to "foreign adversaries" as part of his upcoming role. Not a crime. |
I am sure you have proof of that statement. Because, he wasn't charged with that. |
