Rumors that Will cheated on Kate

Previous speculation about cheating was when Will was abroad, in another country or continent. That's discretion. But I'm not sure that the public requires a monarchy that doesn't stray. That seems like an odd rule that you've come up with.

Maybe Will was overcome by passion for Rose -- but this all seems pretty unlikely. It seems like something else is going on. Maybe someday we'll find out, maybe we won't. We can speculate, for now.

-many other reasons one would phase out a friend

I don’t think it’s over the kids. You don’t ice out the highest ranking second family in your social set over a toddler spat. Especially all five of the boys will see each other at Eton anyway.

Why was #3 a mistake?

RE the social media thing, I think the palaces think they can keep a lid on it and it they can’t. They contacted two separate reporters to take down allegations on Twitter re the affair.

Does the allegation and the denial of the allegation mean it DID happen (a Kavanaugh), or the denial mean Northam is innocent and fighting a nasty claim?

Public outrage? No one will care that much if Will cheats on Kate.

Of course people will be curious and noses because they are famous but it’s not like Brits would get rid of the monarchy over it or pass him over for the top job.

That’s not how monarchy works and he knows that. That’s why it’s super naive to th8nk he would never cheat. Noting much would happen to him other than some unfavorable headlines for a few months.

There is a difference between declining playdates and not allowing unsupervised play and icing out a family.

Imagine some of the other offenses listed above.
And yes, they can ‘afford’ to distance themselves. Plenty of other fish/friends if there’s an issue where the women or kids aren’t clicking.

I certainly know other families that cut off friends for big differences in opinion. This takes another thread. Ruling it out completely is being inexperienced in the world of kids and families getting along.
