Kate recently had a falling out with a close aristocratic friend and neighbor. People wondered why of course and immediately Kengsington Palace shut it down and threatened to sue, which caused people to wonder even more what was going on because they usually don’t stoop to deny gossip (look at how they left Meghan twisting in the wind for months). Anyway, now some posh food critic guy is claiming that “everyone” in their circle is talking about William having an affair with this woman and that’s why kate is pissed and “phasing her out” of their circle.
