Nope, the world will not have a hard time because SOMEONE will sue, I assure you. And as I stated earlier, this will NEVER pass constitutional muster. I can not wait for someone to sue and for this case to reach SCOTUS. If no one else does, I will!

"Students are provided definitions for heterosexual, homosexual, and bisexual, and transgender and that all persons deserve to be treated with respect regardless of their sexual orientation or gender identity. "
