Men: How can us women make ourselves more attractive?

Anonymous
Most women dye their hair when it starts to gray, so the ones who don't look really old. Sad, unfair, but true. If looking good rather than a political statement is what you seek from your appearance, long, non-gray hair is the way to go for most women.

Fair argument about comfort zone, but lazy and selfish? It's far from lazy to work full time and get up each morning to exercise at 5am. Selfish? How?

No biggie on the marriage not working out. Looking forward to being on my own, if you can't already tell.

Your 5am gym schedule is recent and your sole motivation is to look good after divorce.
Clearly you are able to diet and exercise when motivated.
But I'd say that also makes you lazy and selfish during a relationship, since apparently you gain weight, and don't much care, until the relationship ends and you need to look good (briefly) again while on the market.

NP here. Oh go away. There are more obese white men in the US than women, by a huge margin. There's not even much out there worth looking good for...

haha not even close. I was out in dc today and i saw slim women in mari vanna. but at barcelona and hamilton, porkers. mari vanna doesn't count because eastern european women keep their shit firm and tight.

guys were definitely fit and slim for the most part.

there's a silver haired woman in her 30's on the hill that is hot as hell (i see her in longworth cafeteria). I don't know if she was turning premature grey and decided to embrace it but she makes it work.

It's obvious she is early 30's...mid 30's at most - her skin and ass is a dead giveaway.

next time i see her, i need to introduce myself. she is seriously hot.

In any event, long and grey is still sexier than short and grey.

Nice stat but what is your point? We all know that men can be overweight and still desirable while women dont have that luxury no matter how successful they are. Plus, men don't fat shame each other. Sorry for the double standard but the facts that you referenced are totally useless unless we are discussing health issues, which we are not.

Also, it is bad form to just post a link. At least comment on it.

Do you even realize how absurd you sound?

Newsflash: women care about looks as much as men. In fact, I personally find male obesity to be way more repulsive than female obesity because women are biologically programmed to carry extra weight and have a higher body fat, while men are not (I am a bi woman, btw). On an overweight woman you will be getting bigger boobs and ass, which are very feminine traits. On a man it means his body will feel soft like a chicks and you will have to dig around in his flesh to find his (smaller) dick- yuck!

You know not of what you speak. I know it would be great for men if the majority of women were attracted to fatties but it's just not the case.

Skinny women have it easier than skinny men.

I was just identifying some info for the last poster below, but I think long quotes are bad form. It's a hassle to edit out most of it when posting on a phone.

You know, some women gain weight when married not because they are lazy and selfish in at their comfort weight, but because they fall into a depression and have low self esteem caused by a very bad marriage. I didn't even know I was having depression issues until I saw a therapist post separation. I did put on some weight the first several years of marriage as did my ex because we enjoyed way too much food together. but he punished me for it, punished me dearly. It has taken a lot of therapy to regain my self esteem and the food seeking part of me is fading away.

naturally. which is why you see the odd phenomenon (especially in flyover country) of skinny guys and fat women together.

If you are an ectomorphic guy, europe is a better bet for you. Anglo countries will punish you greater for your build.

guy here - yes won't blame women if that's the root cause because it has happened to me too.

it is weird how easy it is to get fit when you are mentally 'right'.
