We were offered a PK3 spot at Bridges yesterday. We were 140ish on the initial waitlist. We're taking it and are excited to be a part of the community!

Why not just call the school? The front office lady...Ms. Riveiara (sp) is usually very helpful.

Why not just call the school? The front office lady...Ms. Riveiara (sp) is usually very helpful.

I have called the school, a number of times. All I've been told is that there is no movement and they have no news for me. When they've answered the phone, that is.

I have called the school, a number of times. All I've been told is that there is no movement and they have no news for me. When they've answered the phone, that is.

How far down the waitlist are you? I doubt anything will happen before Sept 2 (when PK starts in earnest).

We are on a PreK4 waitlist and don't expect much to happen until maybe Friday? Hoping that as the PreK conferences happen, maybe something will shake out.

I doubt anything will happen until mid-Sept. The schools aren't under pressure budget wise to fill every spot until Oct. The first and second weeks of school will be crazy and I doubt schools will have the staffing bandwidth to deal with waitlist calls. Plus, when it comes to grades like ps3 and PK that have hard limits schools will be hesitant about giving away a spot before really giving that family a chance to officially withdraw.
