Color me deeply skeptical. You're clinically and likely cosmetically quite overweight.

Impossible. I'm 5'2 and pre-pregnancy I was a size 12 at 145 pounds. Right now I'm 185 and I have to wear size 16 regular or 14W.

I'm not the PP, but I'm 5'5" in 14W/16reg at 200 lbs. Where the weight is on the body and how much muscle mass you have makes a big difference.

Size doesn't mean anything. Whether someone is fat depends on height, weight and body shape. BMI isn't perfect, but it's a better measure than clothing side by a long measure.

When I was in high school and college, I wore a 12. I was 6 feet tall and weighed 163 pounds. My BMI was around 22 and my waist to hip ratio was 43.

None of those measures is fat, overweight or obese.

Sorry, that should say "Height to Waist" ratio, not "hip to waist" ratio. I don't know my "hip to waist" ratio when I was 20.

I'm overweight, I'm not fat. I'm 170 pounds, 5'6" and a size 12.

I'm 5'9", 145lbs, and a size 12. I don't look fat.

No.

I know they are fat.

That's okay, at least I'm smart and wealthy.

Not if she's well-muscled and buff!

BS. My highest weight was 185, I am 5'2.5" and I was straining the buttons on my 14s. It's what motivated me to lose 50 pounds.

I look horrible in yoga pants and most types of jeans due to my build--Stocky, muscular legs and 5'4".

As a size 12-- I'd be a house.

Yes, you would, because you are short. Someone who is 6' and size 12 might still look decent, because of her height and proportions.
It all depends on one's height and body composition.

I agree! My sister is 4 inches taller and wears bigger size and looks much thinner.
It's not just height. It's build. I'm 5'3", 138 lbs and I wear a size 12 and I'm very fit. If you saw me, you would never believe I wore a size 12 because I have a lot of muscle and everything is in proportion.
