Any Pitt Acceptances Yet?

Yeah, my kid who is a National Merit Finalist chose Pitt over many other schools. Even if it's a likely admit for some kids, it's such a great school that many kids are drawn to it.

It is also the favorite school of our NMSF. It really does have a lot going for it.

DD's favorite too but OOS nursing COA is $70k/yr...

We are hoping for some merit. Absent merit she will likely go elsewhere.

It wasn't on my daughter's original list but I encouraged her to apply. Now that she's in, we're going to visit. It definitely looks like it has a lot going for it and Pittsburgh seems like a cool city.

Daughter is thrilled to be in at Pitt! 4.07 weighted GPA, test optional, Dietrich (Psychology).

we got accepted in 2 weeks applied 9th September (app was ready in first week of Aug applied after Aug. end SAT) letter came on 23rd sept. chemistry major. No information about honors or merit yet.

My DD received her acceptance to Dietrich tonight. It's great to have that first acceptance for a school she would be happy to attend! 1420 SAT, 3.95 UW, DC public school. Her app went into review phase 10/2 or so.

Pitt is a very difficult university to get into!

DD got admitted last night. Econ/poly sci major. MCPS. 4.0 UGPA and 35 ACT. She is very happy as Pitt is her only likely school and she will be happy to attend there.
