Let’s stop acting like ECNL is a powerhouse that will always be. Most of the top clubs were DA teams that needed a home. When you quote ecnl numbers let’s breakdown DA ECNL teams and original ECNL teams. It will be eye opening.


The question is how many of those DA ECNL clubs fell in love with ECNL and want to stay long term vs how many of those clubs believe in DA 2.0 (GA). I don’t have the answer but will be interesting to watch.

ECNL: 663 (73.2%)
Girls Academy: 189 (20.9%)
All Others: 30 (3.3%)

Plus 24 from Canada.

Read the room. GA is a second class citizen and it ain't even close.

And the top half of GA Will go toe to toe with the best of the best from ECNL.

You sharing those numbers actually hurts ECNL. They lost 20% market share in a short 3 years

Not exactly. ECNL lost 50% market share to DA. DA collapsed then ECNL regained market share.

GA had 30% and is now down to 20%.
