What are not very expensive neighborhoods zoned for Langley - Herndon? Reston?

It's win/be the best at all costs for them. There's a way to cheer for your team without being an a-hole.

DISGUSTING.
However, my 12 year old just played a travel soccer team from Haymarket and those were the most vial adults i've ever encountered. Screaming at one of our players "I hope you get a concussion!!!" when she accidentally did an awkward header.

Crazy.

In this case it would have been fine for the Langley parent to yell “get another steal” to encourage his kid’s team but making fun of a 9th grader from another school seemed so unnecessary. Maybe the kids just take it in stride. I wanted to smack the guy, but stayed quiet.

DP. So there weren't "parents" taunting anyone, there was one dad making this remark? And you're smearing the entire Langley community? Good thing most people don't take one remark or action and extrapolate it to an entire group who had nothing at all to do with it.

Just do it.
Herndon is another newly-renovated building. Will they let you? It is also an AP high school.

What class/program do they offer that would be an accepted reason to apply for the switch?

I have to laugh if this is the worst you have heard in sports. This pp obviously never played sports before. Have you never even watched a movie or tv show with athletes? This is pretty tame and not specific to Langley.

We moved to McLean from an actual rough neighborhood. Our old friends are considering moving due to safety and gang activity.

It is not just Langley, it is other NOVA areas, too. The LAX parents, with elementary school age (!!) kids, are insane. The parents are terribly insecure, across the gamut.

+1
I don't even understand what the bolded expression means - can anyone explain it? What a truly overwrought "complaint."

These are the parents letting their 10 year old as run amok in Ulta then screaming at cashiers because their little darling chose $250 worth of serum.

Oakton family considering saying we want IB so our kid can go to South Lakes. Distance matters so much.
