How has Karl Frisch raised $371,559 for his campaign, when . . .

Listen, he's former military, that means he's more qualified for everything than anyone else. Because military = qualified. Hoo-rah!!!

(So tired of former military thinking they are entitled to just about anything just because they made the choice to serve).

+1. He has no idea what it’s like to manage schools.

Just check out his Twitter. And his website with a platform that only has three points that are very unspecific. Or the fact he didn’t answer the Washington Post questionnaire or the SEPTA questionnaire. He doesn’t know anything about our schools.

“Friends”

More anti-gay language

There is literally a group called "Friends of Karl Frisch" that has filed campaign finance reports with the Virginia Department of Elections.

Every candidate has a "Friends" group. Funny how we only hear about "friends" for Frisch.

And how strange that more than half his donations for a Virginia candidacy- no, a local county-level position on a board which is not supposed to be partisan in the first place - come from outside the Commonwealth.

There are many military families in the county and they are rarely represented on the School Board at all. The LBGTQ community, on the other hand, has an outsized influence and aspires to control at least 25% of the seats on the next board.

(So sick of military families being disrespected by left-wing activists who think spouting off in favor of “progressive” causes takes more courage than defending one’s country).

I don’t care. At least he didn’t raise money by selling an assault rifle?

You don't care that a local VA candidate has half his donations coming from outside VA? Of course you don't. You'd only care if he was a Republican. How typical.

I don't care if he is good at raising money. He is responsive to the issues and has been a leader in adapting literacy standards which I've been advocating for for half a dozen years. Plus his opponent auctioned off an assault rifle.

+1. Tony Sabio is crazy.

No he is not. You are clearly backing Frisch, even though everyone now knows Frisch is just a political hack who does not have children in FCPS.

Frisch does not have children at all.

But on top of that, he is running a school system even though he does not have a college degree.

What does that say about his commitment to education when he couldn’t even make it through undergrad?

LOL Sabio also only has an associate's degree. Karl and him have the same education. Though Karl is currently studying at UVA whereas Tony is at Liberty University studying "aviation"

Again: if he was a Republican receiving half his donations from ANOTHER STATE, you'd be outraged, you complete hypocrite.

Why the quotation marks? Is aviation not considered a real field in your world?

What is Karl studying? Campaign finance? Gender studies?

It's really too bad our military has to defend even the people who hate them.

You're promoting Sabio by attacking Frisch for not having a college degree when Sabio also doesn't have a college degree. The hypocrisy.

Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies/History and Politics Concentration at UVA. He's completing his degree in December. Sabio isn't graduating until 2024.

So, Frisch is actually closer to his degree than Sabio.

Can’t say the timing of their degrees matters that much to me. Maybe if Karl had gotten a degree in common sense earlier he wouldn’t be wasting $60 million of our money on an unnecessary elementary school.

It doesn’t to me either. It’s just so amusing that someone is criticizing Karl for not having a degree when Karl is actually closer to his degree than his opponent.

Karl Frisch gets donations from out of state. Tony Sabio gets donations by auctioning off assault rifles that kill kids. Which one is worse?

Over half of Karl’s donations come from California.

Still no explanation from Karl on that.
