Russia demanded Romania and Bulgaria as well. Even Ukraine knows that NATO will not defend them militarily. There's only one person trying to start a war and he is indeed an idiot (short too). But, I wouldn't tell him that if I were you. Building standards involving windows are very poor in Russia.
