Yes but if the ruse involved BB at all, wouldn’t that mean he was at least partly involved in setting up this tryst? If BB was supposed to be a part of the tryst, his story of AP accidentally catching JR killing his wife is shot to pieces.

He has not been charged. He was only called as a witness as a spectacle. He is not part of AP's case. If he is arrested, his role re: the ruse is relevant. The whole drama and story don't matter all that much re: AP. She admits to shooting JR when he was on the ground, so not self defense. Forensics say was the kill shot, he was alive after BB shot him. All the telenovela tales are really meant to distract from the basic elements of the crime. The judge even said he did not have to consider motive to move her case to grand jury. From there it will 100% have a trial date set.

BB is not the one telling any stories. All the stories are coming from AP's lawyer. Take with a mine of salt.

Hopefully the fetish site has time stamped records of the messages that were sent between JR and whoever set up CB’s profile. If JR was led to believe that BB would be present or even was aware of the meet up that morning then that would contradict BB/APs account. If BB knew JR was coming, why would he rush home from McDonald’s to help AP investigate?

How would AP have access to a computer that’s not hers to do all that, plus he may have texted in the am saying he was coming, etc… It’s not like they talked once and that’s it. So, grand jury hearing on 4/15 (not public) and hearing in circuit court on 4/18 to set dates.

They do not charge him for shooting first because, in this case, this was self-defense. Since JR was disabled after the first shot and not more of a direct threat, the second shooting is considered murder. BB should be responsible for ordering her to get a gun, and she is guilty of shooting the men dead if this is what truly happened. But it looks like BS. My theory is that she shot first with her gun. As planned. He then shot to kill him with his work gun because since he didn't get killed with the first shot, she probably got scared and called the police too soon. They agreed to lie to the authorities. And thus the confusion. Poor little girl who was at the house. I wonder if she saw or heard anything. I hope they both get to spend long time in prison and the girl stays with her beloved mother's family.

It may not have been self defense at all. VA's theory seems to be that JR was lured there under false pretenses to be the fall guy for the murder of CB.
