Friend only knows what the ruse was. Not who was doing the typing or their motives. Nothing about Fe&life lure is part of the case against AP. BB was only called to testify to be asked uncomfortable questions in public not because he has been charged. They have known since the day of the killing how BB set it in motion, but, nothing puts knife in his hand, so far. Shot in defense of wife, AP fired the kill shot, so far, he skates. [/quote]

He has not been charged. He was only called as a witness as a spectacle. He is not part of AP's case. If he is arrested, his role re: the ruse is relevant. The whole drama and story don't matter all that much re: AP. She admits to shooting JR when he was on the ground, so not self defense. Forensics say was the kill shot, he was alive after BB shot him. All the telenovela tales are really meant to distract from the basic elements of the crime. The judge even said he did not have to consider motive to move her case to grand jury. From there it will 100% have a trial date set.

BB is not the one telling any stories. All the stories are coming from AP's lawyer. Take with a mine of salt. [/quote]
