Exactly. This was probably someone in the area prepared to burglarize homes. Shoving flowers on the camera says they aren't a regular burglar. They aren't really experienced dealing with cameras. Who wears a gun at their crotch like that. That's a big tell.

If you look at the orientation of the holster and the fact they use their left hand to put the shrubbery over the camera, he's either left handed or ambidextrous.

I highly doubt it was the bandmate, he has likely already been cleared. That said, it is very easy to find someone's address without "obtaining the information" from a relative. Public property records, for one thing. I found her address immediately using a search on the Pima County Assessor's office website.

Whenever there's a case like this, where someone is missing or killed, there are certain DCUM posters who absolutely insist the perpetrator was a family member.
